Job Summary
This position offers an exceptional opportunity to represent recruitment to business clients while managing the complete hiring lifecycle. You will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, working to attract, retain, and develop top talent in a dynamic, industry-leading recruitment organization. This role combines consultative partnership with hands-on recruitment execution, utilizing innovative technology and outstanding internal and external partnerships to identify and engage qualified, diverse candidates. You will play a critical role in shaping the talent pipeline for specific markets including McLean, Memphis, Dallas, and regional offices, while serving as a subject matter authority in technology hiring and building meaningful relationships within the community, universities, and industry.
Responsibilities
- Actively source candidates to present to clients in assigned client groups according to measured metrics
- Utilize deep knowledge of online sourcing and networking to identify new communities and populate talent pipelines for specific markets
- Collaborate and strategize with key partners on projected needs and hiring objectives
- Collaborate with managers and HR partners on market data and compensation trends to position the organization competitively with top talent
- Partner with the Talent Research team to drive efficient delivery of passive candidates
- Establish and maintain relationships in the community, at universities, and within the industry to access and influence hiring needs
- Collaborate with Digital HR and Recruitment Operations teams to drive social media recruitment
- Manage full life-cycle recruitment including posting positions, screening applicants, generating passive candidates, presenting candidates, handling the interview process, and communicating offers
- Liaise with Human Resources to ensure a successful and positive hiring experience for managers and candidates

Experience
- Five years of experience handling a full life cycle recruiting desk including candidate management, manager relations, scheduling, interviewing, and offer to hire process
- One year of applicant tracking systems experience, preferably Taleo
- Experience working with EEOC, ADA, and employment laws
- Experience recruiting across multiple corporate business funtiuons
- One year working in an OFCCP compliant recruiting environment (preferred)
