Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm Lead end-to-end processes and/or programs that require complex decision making, advanced understanding of client and stakeholder needs and subject matter expertise Understand and adhere to the Firm's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls; own risk and contingency plans for business area Act as a role model and culture carrier; embody and set an example of the Firm's values and hold yourself and team accountable to Firm standards Partner with the Process Optimization Vice President for end to end process mapping initiatives across Finance and evaluation and track implementation for efficiency tracking (both for Finance and Firm reporting) Support the adoption of a designed process optimization framework, including intake, prioritization, and lifecycle governance. Support the designed implementation and governance of the process optimization metrics framework to enable periodic and ad hoc reporting of efficiency metrics to Finance and Firmwide management Build trusted partnerships across Finance and Firmwide Process Optimization teams Work closely with a variety of internal stakeholders to communicate and coordinate deliverables, track, and report on progress Proven experience in executing multiple end-to-end process re-engineering initiatives. Strong understanding of process mapping, process mining, and performance measurement. Strong interpersonal communication skills. Ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the organization Strong business analysis and business process management skills Excel and PowerPoint skills to assist with data analysis and building presentations for senior management Expertise with process mapping tools Evidence of participation in change management and continuous development projects within a complex global organization, preferably Financial Services At least 6 years of experience in process optimization, transformation with a background in Finance or Finance related functions. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $90,000 and $155,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
