Description: Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) is seeking a Global Supply Chain Manager to lead the newly formed GSC Intelligence Group. This new group will be responsible for delivering real-time, actionable intelligence to MFC Programs.
What You Will Be Doing
This group anticipates and analyzes variables that could affect GSC strategies—such as world events, budget changes, venture capital investments, and emerging technologies—to enable proactive scenario planning and strategic agility.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Lead a Cross-Functional Intelligence Team:
• Guide a team of research analysts in gathering, synthesizing, and interpreting data from diverse sources, including global events, supplier developments, competitive actions, and technological trends.
• Develop Intelligence Packages:
- Produce tailored intelligence “packages” for each Program, including real-time updates, scenario planning tools, and actionable recommendations. Packages include:
1) Competitive landscape and market dynamics
2) International and geopolitical developments
3) Long-range planning (LRP) implications
4) Supplier financial health, performance, and technology integration readiness
5) New and emerging technologies
6) Digital roadmap and supplier compatibility with internal tech platforms
7) Investment activities (VC, M&A, LM Ventures)
• Continuously refine intelligence-gathering processes, adopt new analytic tools and methodologies, and proactively identify emerging risks and opportunities.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience in Supply Chain management including program knowledge
• Proven Subcontract / Program Management Skills
• Problem solving skills and ability to interface with multiple levels of management and customers both internally and externally
• Ability to recruit, train and develop subordinates

• Proven leadership skills
• Research, analytical, and data synthesis skills
• Experience in market intelligence, geopolitical analysis, or related fields (supply chain experience not required)
• Familiarity with scenario planning, digital tools, and technology trends

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
