Perform system performance evaluations and in-depth analysis to identify opportunities for new functionality and system enhancements.

Contribute to the development of new procedures, processes, and standards to enhance team performance and project outcomes.

Create/modify documentation in support of reviews associated with formal testing, which may include Test Readiness Review (TRR), Consent to Ship (CTS), Test Data Review (TDR) packages, and effectively communicate results to leadership and stakeholders.

Demonstrate the ability to effectively multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Overcome obstacles by proactively identifying potential roadblocks, negotiating changes to ensure project success, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders to drive alignment and resolve conflicts.

Travel, both domestic and international, to support customer events, with an expected travel requirement not exceeding 25%.
What You Will Learn
After completion of comprehensive on-the-job training, the candidate will be a part of a team supporting Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) activities across the product development lifecycle.
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.

Experience with underwater acoustics analysis, sensor systems, and/or naval system development.

Experience with DOORS, Rhapsody, Cameo, and/or other digital engineering tools.
Qualifications We Prefer

Experience with being able to break down complex problems, analyze data effectively, and identify actionable solutions, all while maintaining a sharp focus on details.

Experience with identifying root causes of system failures through detailed diagnostics, implementing timely fixes to restore functionality, and develop preventative measures to avoid recurrence.

Experience analyzing system performance metrics and applying optimization techniques to enhance efficiency and functionality.

Experience with understanding when tasks and deliverables are completed within allocated financial resources while maintaining alignment with organizational goals and priorities.

Experience in developing testing procedures, reports, and troubleshooting complex systems.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
