Lead cross-functional teams in creation of customer-enticing white papers and winning proposals

Lead program teams in successful execution of technology-based contracts

Develop strong, trusting relationships with customers, competition, industry and government partners to gather business intelligence and architect winning teams

Develop and lead internal investment projects, such as Internal Research and Development and Capital, to bolster winning new business and program execution

Support Advanced Technology Maritime Director in developing and executing strategy, achieving financial commitments and managing to budgets

Support Advanced Technology Maritime Director with internal and external communications and business reporting
-
Guide, apprentice, mentor, and train employees across all functions to enable innovative, flexible and high-performing team results

Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience

Capture management or management of development programs experience
Qualifications We Prefer

Experience in high-performance undersea systems development including sonars, torpedoes, vehicles, command, control and communications systems

Experience across full-scale systems engineering design and development
-
Experience driving DoD TINA-compliant cost estimating and pricing
-
Experience with writing and leading proposals both large and small
-
Experience managing technical, cross-discipline development programs
-
Raytheon or other DoD/Industry Program Management Certification

Excellent communication and presentation skills
-
Knowledge of DoD/Intelligence Community operational concepts
-
Experience working with NAVSEA program offices delivering undersea systems such as PMS404, 406, 415 and 394
-
Experience working with the DoD and Intelligence Community Science and Technology organizations/agencies such as ONR, DARPA and SCO
-
Experience collaborating with Undersea Naval Laboratories, Federally Funded Research & Development Centers such as NUWC, PSU–ARL and MIT-LL
-
Advanced degrees such as MS or PhD in Physics, Optics, Photonics, Circuits, Signal Processing, or other related engineering field

Existing, or the ability to obtain, a TS/SCI Security Clearance

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
