Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Compensation & Benefits Partner, reporting to the Senior Director, Compensation & Benefits EMEA & LATAM. In this role, you will contribute to the development and execution of regional compensation and benefits strategies, programs, and processes.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and business leaders, providing expert guidance on compensation matters across designated functions, lines of business, and geographic markets. The role carries regional program ownership and responsibility for leading key compensation and benefits initiatives that directly support business performance.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of complex regional compensation strategies and programs, and participate in global initiatives, ensuring scalability, compliance, and alignment with business priorities.
- Design and evolve regional benefits strategy, applying a global‑first, locally‑relevant approach across EMEA and LATAM, shaping pensions, insurance, and risk programs that balance competitiveness, cost, compliance, and employee experience.
- Advise senior HR and business stakeholders on compensation strategy, market positioning, and offers, balancing competitiveness, internal equity, and risk.
- Drive governance and risk management practices across EMEA & LATAM markets, proactively identifying and mitigating regulatory, financial, and policy exposure.
- Partner on high-impact initiatives, including M&A activities, market expansions, vendor strategy, and large-scale program implementations.
- Deliver high-quality analytical insights and modelling to inform executive decision-making and optimise program and cost effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support operational excellence through effective vendor management, offer oversight, benefit plan governance, program delivery, and employee communication.
- Proactively identify and implement opportunities to simplify, modernise, and scale compensation and benefits processes and tools to reduce complexity and enhance business impact.
- Contribute to team capability by mentoring peers, sharing expertise, and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant Compensation & Benefits experience, or a bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced analytical capability, including expert-level Excel and proficiency with Power BI, SQL, or similar tools.
- Demonstrated success partnering with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions, and delivering customer-focused solutions in complex environments.
- Strong knowledge of regional compensation and benefits regulatory frameworks and associated legal considerations, and employee representative group engagement, across multiple countries, ideally including LATAM.
- Deep benefits expertise, with hands‑on experience designing pensions, insurance, and risk programs in complex, multi‑country environments, and translating global direction into locally compliant, market‑appropriate solutions.
- Experience designing and analysing incentive compensation programs, including sales compensation where applicable.
- Experience supporting M&A activities, new market or office expansions, including due diligence, compensation and benefits assessment, and post-transaction integration.
- Excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to operate with credibility and impact at all organizational levels.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
