What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Administrator you will be responsible for managing high‑volume subcontracting activities that enable development, production, and sustainment of critical programs.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage high‑volume subcontracting activities supporting critical programs.
- Coordinate with project managers and PP&C to meet project schedules.
- Ensure all procurements comply with Company policy and LMAP procedures.
- Provide on‑site support as needed to address critical customer requirements.

Basic Qualifications:• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Detail oriented and demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to establish strong internal customer and supplier relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to details.
• Ability to handle high volume, quick-turn procurements
• Ability to multi-task, take on challenging assignments, and respond to customers needs in a timely manner.
• Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders, internal and external customers daily.
Desired Skills:• SAP/S4 HANA experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills

• Demonstrated delegation of authority
• Requirement documentation experience
• Ability to handle high volume, quick-turn purchases while maintaining great attention to details.
• Experience with supply chain and government procurement.
• Experience with procurement principles, subcontract management, supply chain management.
• Strong time management, organizational skills, effective verbal, and communication skills are essential.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
