Job Summary
Oracle Battery is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our growing wholesale operations. This role is critical to ensuring accurate order processing, timely customer communication, and consistent follow-up on accounts. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable managing both customer service and light accounts receivable responsibilities in a fast-paced B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Order Entry and Processing
o Accurately enter customer sales orders into the system.
o Verify pricing, freight terms, availability, and ship-to details.
o Confirm orders with customers and communicate any changes or delays.
o Coordinate internally with sales, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure smooth fulfillment.
· Customer Service and Inbox Management
o Manage the company order inbox in accordance with established service standards.
o Respond to customer inquiries related to order confirmations, tracking information and delivery status, and product availability and basic specifications.
o Maintain professional, timely, and consistent communication with customers.
· Accounts Receivable Support and Collections
o Perform collection calls and email follow-ups on past-due accounts.
o Send statements and payment reminders as directed.
o Document customer communication and payment commitments.
o Escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
o Take credit card payments as needed and enter into payment processor.
· General Administrative Support
o Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
o Assist with internal reporting related to orders or accounts as needed.
o Support the sales team with order-related questions and follow-ups.
Required Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Professional phone and email communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
· Proficient with basic computer systems and email platforms.

Preferred Qualifications
· Previous experience in customer service, order entry, or inside sales support.
· Experience working in a B2B, wholesale, or distribution environment.
