Job Title
Business Program Manager – CashFlow Central
About your role:
Fiserv is a global leader in payments and financial technology, enabling clients to deliver secure, scalable banking experiences. The Small Business Banking product team delivers mission-critical solutions that help small businesses manage cash flow, payments, and banking operations. As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will orchestrate strategic programs that drive product launches, integrations, and operational readiness to meet client and market needs.
What you’ll do:
- Manage annual planning and strategic roadmap development for CashFlow Central in direct partnership with the VP of Product, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and enterprise priorities.
- Lead strategic initiatives across the product lifecycle — from concept through execution readiness — coordinating with cross‑functional business stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Compliance, Operations) and other Business Units.
- Serve as the primary business liaison to the Program Manager responsible for product delivery, ensuring strategic clarity, alignment on priorities, and transparent communication of program-level decisions.
- Coordinate all go‑to‑market (GTM) planning and orchestration, including launch strategy, commercialization readiness, sales enablement activities, and stakeholder communications.
- Lead product operational readiness, ensuring that support, operations, risk, compliance, training, and customer‑facing teams are prepared for product updates, market launches, and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate integrated business plans spanning strategic priorities, investment planning, resource alignment, KPIs, and executive reporting.
- Facilitate governance and business rhythm-of-the-business activities, including executive briefings, roadmap reviews, and strategic initiative updates.
- Manage vendor and partner engagement from a business‑outcomes perspective, ensuring alignment to initiative requirements, commercial expectations, strategic timelines and contractual commitments.
- Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all‑inclusive and may evolve with the needs of the business.
Experience you’ll need to have:
- 10+ years of experience in business program management, strategic planning, or product strategy within financial services, fintech, or payments.
- Proven track record leading annual planning cycles, roadmap development, and strategic initiative execution for large-scale product portfolios.
- Experience working closely with Product and cross-functional business teams to align on strategy, business cases, and investment decisions.
- Strong understanding of GTM planning, commercialization frameworks, and product operational readiness.
- Experience driving cross-functional decision-making and communication at the executive level.
- Familiarity with financial services regulatory considerations and operational processes.
- 8+ years of experience coordinating with technical delivery teams (Agile/SAFe preferred) from a business and prioritization standpoint.
Experience that would be great to have:
- Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Pragmatic Marketing, or similar business/project leadership credentials.
- Experience with banking, payments, cash‑flow management, or treasury products.
- Prior success launching and scaling commercial financial products across SMB or enterprise markets.
- Experience evaluating and managing vendor relationships tied to strategic business initiatives.
- Advanced degree (MBA or related).
