Senior Reconciliation Project Analyst
What does a successful Senior Reconciliation Project Analyst do?
As a Senior Reconciliation Project Analyst for Settlement Controls & Solutions (SCS), you will lead and coordinate projects that support critical reconciliation and settlement processes across Fiserv. You will partner with operations, technology, finance, and risk stakeholders to scope work, manage timelines, and monitor outcomes. Your work will help improve control effectiveness, reduce operational risk, and enhance the quality and efficiency of SCS services.
What You Will Do:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute SCS projects by defining scope, timelines, milestones, and resource needs in partnership with business and technology stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project plans, and schedules while monitoring progress against agreed objectives and deliverables.
- Maintain and track project activities, including detailed task lists, to ensure accurate status and forecasting.
- Prepare and deliver clear, structured status reports and communications to stakeholders, highlighting progress, key metrics, decisions, and action items.
- Monitor regulatory and policy requirements applicable to SCS projects and ensure project activities remain compliant with internal and external standards.
- Identify, document, and track project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating and driving mitigation or resolution with the appropriate stakeholders.
- Analyze project and reconciliation-related data to validate accuracy, identify trends or variances, and support improvement recommendations.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by capturing lessons learned, standardizing processes, and contributing to SCS project management best practices.
Experience you’ll need to have:
- 4+ years experience in project management or project coordination in a business, operations, or technology environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education, related experience and military/or experience
Experience that would be great to have:
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies or tools (e.g Scrum, Kanban, Jira or similar)
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM).
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience working in in financial technology (fintech), financial services or payments environments.
Travel:
- Up to 10% travel off-site or to other office locations
How you’ll work:
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
- This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

Salary Range:
$62,000.00-$85,000.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
