The Senior Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the VP, Program Management Office and Global Head of HR, Electrophysiology & Neurovascular. Activities will include scheduling and prioritizing internal/external meetings, event planning/execution, travel arrangements, expense reports, document management, and collaboration across the team. Critical capabilities include flexibility, approachability, advanced organizational skills, and proactivity. Partner with administrative teams across the organization to share best practices and ensure efficient operations. Candidates must demonstrate initiative, manage dynamic calendars, and provide consistent follow‑through to resolve issues and complete projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, event coordination, POs and related activities as well as other initiatives for the VP, Program Management Office.
- Provide support for the Global Head of HR, Electrophysiology & Neurovascular including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, event coordination, POs and related activities.
- Plan and maintain yearly calendar of leadership team meetings, townhalls and events
- Prepare agendas and materials for executive and leadership meetings/visits
- Establish and maintain support systems for structuring priorities necessary to the Executives
- Coordinate and assist in developing associated business reports and prepare presentations
- Perform data entry, basic data analysis, and maintain accurate records
- Handle confidential matters requiring discretion and judgment
- Act as liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including senior level management
- Coordinate interviews and assist with onboarding of new team members
- Manage department materials (e.g., organization charts, distribution lists, conference rooms) and support SharePoint/MS Teams site team
- Manage POs / check requests as needed
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a High School diploma is required.
- A minimum of 6 years of business experience
- Expert skills in Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Word
- Experience with expense reporting
- Experience in coordinating team events, team meetings and town halls
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with solid interpersonal skills
- Strong orientation to details and organizational skills
- Sense of urgency required while demonstrating a high degree of professionalism
- Demonstrated experience interacting with senior level executives and maintaining a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to successfully prioritize and provide accurate follow up on all issues and correspondence
- Self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership and involvement
- The ability to manage complex work with minimal supervision, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive calendar management skills
- Experience with purchase orders

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$66,000.00 - $106,260.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
