What You Will Be Doing
As a Senior Systems Engineer supporting Advanced Development Programs (ADP), your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting and overseeing the execution of the Systems Engineering (SE) process, including development, evaluation, and measurement of technical processes to ensure program requirements are met.
• Conducting integrated technical planning and control, managing the requirements process, generating and analyzing metrics, and reporting on technical efforts.
• Developing, leading, and presenting engineering milestone events such as Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) events, including SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, FCA, PCA, and more.
• Performing detailed technical integration across critical program functions, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
• Creating bids and Bases of Estimates (BOEs), identify risks and opportunities, and report on systems engineering management metrics.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or related technical field
Experience with Tableau, Jira and/or Confluence
Knowledge and usage of SE processes and System Engineering “V”
Experience with SE milestone events (PDR/CDR/TRR etc.)
Strong analytical and complex problem-solving background
Desired Skills:
Supplier Management experience
Supplier Forum Experience
Basis of Estimate (BOE) Experience
Experience briefing and interfacing with senior executives and senior military personnel
Knowledge of Agile SAFe methodology
Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT) Experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build solid relationships within a fast-paced team

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
