Who You Are
As Regulatory Compliance Manager in the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics (LM Aero) Global Supply Chain (GSC) organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of highly skilled regulatory compliance analysis and project managers that drive execution alignment across the organization for a broad mix of complex compliance requirements.
What You Will Be Doing
In this dynamic and high visibility role, you will play a critical part in all aspects of GSC Compliance including command media administration, purchase order folder compliance, commercial item reviews, subcontract closeout, supplier cybersecurity compliance, records management, audits, and 1LMX support. You will partner across the compliance organization to create compliance tools, dashboards and resources, compliance training, and GSC-wide compliance communications. You will work closely with your team and outside your team across all levels of Lockheed Martin to drive results.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
• Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS)
• Experience leading a team (Formal or Informal: L-Code, Team Lead, Cross-Functional)
Desired Skills:
• Advanced Degree (Masters degree from an accredited college in a related discipline)
• Ability to obtain Secret clearance
• Knowledge of LM Aero GSC Command Media (LMAP/AeroCodes)
• Experience in Project Management, Buying, Supply Chain, and/or Compliance
• Strong organization & presentation skills
• Strong/Confident/skilled communicator – written & verbal
• Experience with metrics and data analytics
• Experience with SharePoint and other IT applications
• Ability to manage multiple assignments & quickly learn/adapt
• Ability to balance conflicting priorities / requests and delivering most optimal result
• Experience with Commercial Item Determination
• Experience building relationships with peers and other subject matter experts throughout the company
• Experience in supporting audits performed by various audit agencies (DCAA, DCMA, National Quality Assurance, FAA) and internal audit functions
• Experience in training supply chain professionals with varying levels of knowledge and skills.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
