These are part time and full time commission-eligible position with Boost Mobile by Best Deal Mobile, LLC. Best Deal Mobile, LLC is a premier branded retailer for Boost Mobile. We have 3 stores in Tucson, AZ and growing. We are a highly motivated and ambitious team. Apply with us if you love a challenge, are great at sales and a solid team player.
We are looking for bilingual part time and full time sales representatives at our 3 Tucson locations. An ideal sales candidate would possess the necessary qualifications below and also have an outgoing personality with a great ability to sell.
Sales Representative Duties include, but are not limited to:
Meet and exceed sales quotas
Provide exceptional customer service
Sell Boost Mobile phones and accessories
General store tidiness
Bring in sales via social media and referrals
Manage inventory
Cash Handling
Pass out flyers, store events
And other general store maintenance duties.
Be a Team player and continue to learn everyday
Qualifications:
Love to sell and is excited about commission/bonus incentives.
Responsible, reliable, and punctual.
Willing and able to travel between our 3 Tucson stores.
Ambitious and self-motivated.
Takes initiative.
4 Years of quota-driven sales experience.
Works well independently, but also a team player.
Wireless retail sales experience a plus
Applicants must be bilingual - English and Spanish
Part time for the correct candidate.
Store operating hours are Monday - Saturday 9:45AM -7:30PM, Sunday 11:45AM-5:00PM (times may vary depending on work load and meetings etc.)
Pay Structure:
Hourly + unlimited bonus (there is no maximum limit, the more you sell, the bigger your commissions).
Job Type: full-time and part-time.
Base hourly is: $20.00 plus commission per hour after 3 month probation period; $18.00 plus commission during the probation/trial. Our bonus target per month is between $1500
