Work You’ll Do
As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will:
- Determine HR data system needs, establish data collection procedures, design report formats, and present findings within assigned deadlines.
- Extract meaning from complex data relationships and develop reports to enable effective use of the resulting knowledge.
- Develop predictive modeling and trend analysis tools that anticipate member needs and provide real-time solutions to meet those needs.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
- Ability to work fully onsite in McLean, VA
- 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics
- 3+ years of experience working with Federal HRIS systems, analyzing HR Data, determining HR data system needs, establishing data collection procedures, designing report formats, presenting findings and assigning deadlines
Preferred:
- 2+ years of experience developing predictive modeling and trend analysis tools that anticipate member needs and provide real-time solutions to meet those needs
