Role:
Provides daily technical and administrative support for internal logistics activities, including the planning and execution of point‑of‑use (POU) material presentation for assembly, process improvement, documentation, and standardization of material flows.
What the candidate will do:
- Coordinate with internal logistics, purchasing, engineering, and production teams to ensure material availability and proper point‑of‑use presentation.
- Develop, document, and update standards for material flow and internal supply methods (milk run, kanban, tugger routes, lot sizes, kitting, etc.).
- Analyze current internal supply processes and identify opportunities for improvements in efficiency, safety, and cost.
- Maintain and update information in logistics or supply chain systems, ensuring proper execution of layouts, routes, and standards.
- Collect, analyze, and report data related to internal logistics operations to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support industrial engineering initiatives related to materials: packaging optimization, route simulations, station balance, and presentation standardization.
Education requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree Industrial Engineer Administrator, Mechanical Engineer Administrator or Related Careers.
- Intermediate English Conversational

Decision Making and Critical Thinking:
- Gatherers and analyze information to understand the situation, identify the problem, and assess potential solutions.
- Assesses and validates decision options and points and predicts their potential impact.
- Uses effective decision-making approaches such as consultative, command, or consensus.
- Ensures that assumptions and received wisdom are objectively analyzed in decisions.
- Proficient in problem‑solving tools such as the 5 Whys, Ishikawa diagrams, and other root‑cause analysis methods
Effective Communications
- Provides prompt and effective responses to client requests and interactions.
- Monitors client satisfaction levels on a regular basis.
- Collaborates with service providers to address critical issues and ensure the effective resolution of major operational problem
Planning and Organizing:
- 1-3 years in logistics or materials planning
- Proficiency in SAP
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency and basic AutoCAD skills
The best candidates will also have:
- Advanced Conversational English
- Intermediate SAP proficiency (CBS: IM,WM)
- Knowledge of material replenishment strategies (KANBAN, JIT, JIS, Kit, etc.)

Location: Santa Catarina
This position works Monday through Friday and requires full schedule availability
