JOB PURPOSE:
1. 支持维修部门管理效率提升，支持维修部门关键指标达成（非计划停机时间、能源成本、维修成本等）
2. 支持维修工程团队订单管理、合同管理、数字化管理、过程管理(指标，LLumin系统管理)，项目管理等
3. 分担现有工程师部分职责，空出部分工程师资源支持到液压及传动工厂，同时作为储备后备工程师
JOB DUTIES:
1. 维修订单跟踪和管理
2. 维修预算执行跟踪和管理
3. 维修合同管理
4. 维修数字化管理
5. 维修内部流程改进以支持停机时间降低
6. 项目执行及进度跟踪
7. 支持部门专业报告
BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:
1. 学士学位或以上，工业工程专业，应届毕业或毕业已就业3年左右
2. 熟练使用excel(函数，宏), PPT, 精通Power BI, Power Automate等数字化工具者优先
3. 结构化思维能力强，具备较强的文字功底、数据分析能力和总结能力
4. 英语4级或以上，英语写作能力强，口语流利（能够同国外人员正常开会，沟通业务）者优先
5. 掌握PLC（Simens/AB）软件程序编程，调试，故障诊断知识或实战经验者优先
6. 具备电气自动化/机械设计制造及其自动化/液压与气压传动、自动化控制知识的人员优先
