Description:You will be the Manufacturing Supervisor (1st Shift) (Level 3) for the PAC-3 Sustainment team. Our team is responsible for repair and recapitalization of fielded launcher system equipment for the US Government and partner ally nations.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Supervisor (1st Shift) (Level 3) you will be responsible for leading a union‑represented crew of 10‑20 workers on first shift, ensuring quality, schedule, and cost goals are met.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Direct daily production activities and prioritize work orders.
- Maintain strict quality standards and conduct root‑cause analysis.
- Monitor schedule adherence and adjust resources to meet milestones.
- Control costs through efficient labor and material utilization.
- Foster a safe, collaborative environment and mentor crew members.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:- Must have the ability to obtain a Secret level
clearance
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office Software
- Working knowledge of such programs as
Hazardous Waste Management, Safety, Training,
FOD, and/or Time Accounting
- Must be able to read engineering drawings,
blueprints and interpret/translate instructions to
mechanics / technicians
- Must be able to work in fast-paced, flexible
environment
Desired Skills:- Motivational skills along with the ability to
energize teams are considered a plus
- Experience working in a union environment
- Demonstrated experience with Lean
manufacturing concepts and cost reduction with an understanding of business metrics to drive performance
- Experience working with SAP
- Previous experience in Sustainment or Repair & Return work
- Must have good conflict-resolution skills and
the ability to build respectful working relationships

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
