Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, United States, for a Sales Team Member. The Sales Team Member will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and presenting tailored solutions. This role includes managing client accounts, conducting market research, preparing sales proposals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet sales goals. Additionally, the Sales Team Member will focus on providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of Hilton’s sales team.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Proficiency in Communication, Relationship Building, and Customer Service
- Experience in Market Research and Proposal Development
- Understanding of Hospitality or Travel Industry trends is preferred
- Goal-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales technology platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
