Job Description
An opportunity for a Finance Systems Project Manager to join our London team on a fixed-term contract, supporting the Director, Controllership in a projects-based role within the Universal Pictures Content Group. The position is expected to run until the end of March 2027, with the exact duration dependent on the successful candidate’s start date. There may be scope for an extension, subject to the progression and ongoing needs of the project.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- SAP S/4 System Integration: Be the local project lead on a NBCU wide global systems upgrade with a go live Jan-2027
- UAT / SIT Testing: Spearhead user access and system integration testing providing valuable feedback throughout
- Support for Assessing and Rebuilding Reporting Requirements: Helping the team rebuild current reporting to comply with the new S/4
- Change Champion: Become a change champion and voice for the Content Group in key meetings
- Support all key pillars (OTC, P2P and RTR) through the systems integration with the new SAP instance
- Partner with Japan: Partner with the Japan team to ensure that they are well informed and walk them through upcoming changes and impacts to them
- Systems Alignment: Ensure the systems evolution project in our Japan business in successful and support the O&T team
- Team: Keep the team informed on key meetings and decisions, work alongside the VP, Finance, Director - Controllership and CFO on impacts and progress

Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience
- Systems implementation experience / prior experience working with SAP
- Positive attitude and strong team player; supports others and places team needs and priorities above individual needs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong ambition to grow professionally and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, with the ability to convey financial and accounting matters to non-finance operators and build strong relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver on multiple assignments and be effective and decisive under pressure.
- Proven track-record of meeting and managing deadlines.
- Aptitude for problem solving and an ability to identify and implement process improvement and change management.
- Appreciation and understanding of the wider business vision. Inputs and executes on strategy as part of day-to-day work.
