- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Risk teams to shape and execute roadmap priorities for payout orchestration, FX rate sourcing, and seller onboarding.
- Influence the design and delivery of payout flows, including FX sourcing, seller onboarding, and know-your-customer/know-your-business (KYC/KYB) and anti-money laundering (AML) workflows, and support integration into internal systems.

- Build, lead, and develop a small team of product managers and analysts as the payouts function scales, providing clear goals, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.
Experience you'll need to have:
- 8+ years of experience in product strategy, payments, or financial technology in complex, regulated environments, including global payouts or cross-border commerce.
- 3+ years of experience managing and developing teams of product managers or analysts, including setting priorities and coaching for performance.
- Demonstrated experience with FX markets, payout rails (such as ACH, real-time payments (RTP), Visa/Mastercard push payments, or digital wallets), and compliance frameworks including KYC/KYB and AML.
- Experience working with platform business models such as marketplaces, gig economy platforms, or software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms and driving adoption of new capabilities.
- Proven ability to synthesize market intelligence, regulatory developments, and client needs into clear product roadmaps and business cases.
- Advanced communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills with a track record of influencing senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
- Experience with embedded finance, tax services related to payouts, and payout monetization models such as float and FX spread.
- Familiarity with modular platform architectures, orchestration layers, and integrating products into unified infrastructure.
- Background in building or scaling payout products serving multi-country or multi-currency use cases for platforms and their sellers or service providers.
