- Emotional intelligence and the ability to read people
- Make 300-400 calls a day using our automated dialing system
- Transfer 20+ calls to licensed agents daily to provide opportunities for insurance sales
- Communicate with department management and give daily, weekly, and monthly updates
- Follow up with all candidates, making sure to provide clear and timely information
- Identify key opportunities and additional lines of insurance for our agents to bundle
- Coordinate appointments with qualified candidates and licensed agents
