Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to sell T-Mobile Internet, iPhones, phone lines, and related services
- Provide top-tier customer service, demo solutions, identify upsell opportunities, and close sales
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and exceed expectations
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Call center background preferred (e.g., TTEC, ContactUS, NiSource, or similar)
- Skills: Strong communication, a positive attitude, and a drive to succeed—iPhone knowledge and sales skills are a plus!
- Availability: Full-time commitment to day shifts (no weekends required)
