Across EMEA, we work at the intersection of storytelling, style and commerce, partnering with trend‑setting retailers and licensees to create products fans genuinely want to wear, share and celebrate.
We’re looking for a fashion‑driven, curious, and forward-thinking Licensing Sales Manager to help shape the future of our Softlines business across EMEA. In this role, you’ll lead apparel licensing strategies and build forward‑thinking Fashion Partnerships with key EMEA retailers and licensees, driving revenue, margin and brand relevance. Deeply connected to High Street and Fast Fashion, you’ll spot what’s next from social‑first trends to evolving consumer behaviour and turn those insights into compelling joint business plans, omnichannel and ecommerce initiatives, and retail marketing moments that cut through and convert.

Own and grow key EMEA accounts. You’ll lead senior‑level relationships, joint business planning and quarterly forecasting, setting clear objectives with licensees to drive revenue, margin and brand impact.
Negotiate and influence with confidence. You’ll manage regional contract negotiations and ensure alignment across global, EMEA and local stakeholders, balancing creativity with commercial rigour.
Bring products to market with impact. Partnering with Creative and Marketing (and Global Interactive Experiences where relevant), you’ll shape product development and go‑to‑market strategies that resonate across digital, social, ecommerce and retail environments.
Champion responsible production. You’ll play a key role in coordinating the International Labour Standards (ILS) process, working closely with suppliers and TWDC ILS teams to ensure compliance and integrity across the supply chain.
Unlock new business opportunities. You’ll build compelling pitches, commission insight‑led research and validate scalable growth opportunities that push our fashion portfolio forward.
Collaborate across cultures and markets. Sharing best practice across EMEA, you’ll contribute to market forums and translate local consumer insight into cross‑functional strategies that reflect regional nuance while strengthening the overall category.
