Role Definition
Monitor facilities to mitigate security vulnerabilities.
Conflict management; ability to anticipate, recognize, and effectively address existing or potential conflicts at the individual, group, or situational level.
What You Will Do:
- CCTV monitoring.
- Keep safety procedures up to date.
- Emergency care
- Observe, collect, and report on security-related incidents.
- Perform recovery reports
- Conduct safety training for new employees and contractors
- Carry out and execute transportation plans
Degree Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineer, Business Management Engineering or Related Careers
- Intermediate English conversational
What skills the ideal candidate will have:
Conflict Management
- Strong knowledge of Caterpillar policies, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Analytical problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Emergency Management
- Ability to respond to emergencies (first aid, search and rescue, fire protection)
Data Gathering and Reporting
- Knowledge and intermediate management of office packages (Excel, power point, Word, etc.)
- Ability to write business procedures and reports.
Plant Security
- Ability to coordinate diverse groups.
The best candidates will also have:
- Emergency Brigade Certification
- Private Security Certification
Additional Information:
- Location: Acuña, position will work on 3rd shift, availability is required to rotate shifts
- A valid visa and driver's license are required
