Compensation: $84,000 annual salary (US Dollars)
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program

Ensure company standards are met in compliance with operational and servicing contractual obligations to customers, while maintaining the specified budget for labor and expenses.

Review daily labor for assigned project areas and ensure supervisors are properly trained in payroll procedures.

Enforce company policies and ensure subordinates adhere to them as well.

Communicate with customers (when necessary) to ensure services meet contract requirements and to support customer retention.

Use effective personnel management skills to resolve issues involving employees and supervisory staff.

Conduct both positive recognition and disciplinary action as needed, and train subordinates appropriately.
