Job Description:
Your Work Shapes the World at Caterpillar Inc.
When you join Caterpillar, you're joining a global team who cares not just about the work we do – but also about each other. We are the makers, problem solvers, and future world builders who are creating stronger, more sustainable communities. We don't just talk about progress and innovation here – we make it happen, with our customers, where we work and live. Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.
The Condition Monitoring (CM) organization is rapidly scaling as we support a strategic shift to serve all Resource Industries customers over the next several years. To enable this growth, we are building the next generation of digital tools, dashboards, and measurement systems that help the business scale efficiently, intelligently, and with impact.
This is an innovation‑driven role with leadership visibility and significant freedom to shape what we build and how we build it. If you’re a self‑starter who thrives on creativity, ownership, and turning ideas into real‑world solutions, this role offers a true “sky’s the limit” opportunity.
As a Senior Digital Product Owner, you will sit at the center of this transformation—translating business needs into powerful, user‑focused tools. You’ll work at the intersection of technology, data, and design to create internal and external solutions that improve decision‑making, reduce manual work, and clearly demonstrate value. You’ll also have the opportunity to present ideas and solutions to executive leadership and take concepts from early vision all the way into production.
If you enjoy creating intuitive user experiences, turning complex data into meaningful insights, and helping a fast‑growing business scale the right way—this role is for you.
