Job Summary:
Oversees daily production operations at large or multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring efficient and smooth workflows.
Responsibilities:
Lead staffing, development, and performance programs for operations staff.
Ensure safety, scheduling, and performance standards are consistently met.
Implement measures to enhance safety, reduce costs, and assure quality.
Maintain regulatory compliance and a safe work environment.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relates to the field
Intermediate / Advanced English
Expert in variety of Staff and Supervisory Positions (First Operations, Welding, Assembly and Painting)
Skills:
Problem Solving:
Capture and share solutions from problem-solving efforts.
Assemble teams to address issues efficiently.
Apply various techniques and standardize practices.
Influencing:
Persuade stakeholders even when in the minority.
Present convincing assessments to decision-makers.
Advise on building rapport and adapting to different styles.

Lean Six Sigma training and certification.
Master’s degree related to manufacturing.
P&L Management (Budgeting, Forecasting) Quality System Management (6 Sigma, CQMS, ISO, Lean, APQP) Manufacturing Engineering and Operations Knowledge including Safety Management, Performance Management, Project Planning, Manufacturing Standards and NPI/NSI Process
Additional Information:
Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon.
This position is five-day a week in-office model.
