What does a great Product Manager, Network Tokenization do at Fiserv?
The Product Manager, Network Tokenization will hold responsibility for driving market requirements for Fiserv’s Merchant Security and Fraud team and to be the interface to clients, sales, and operational teams to identify business requirements, partnerships, and to consult based on subject matter expertise. This position will also directly support the expansion of the Security and Fraud products in EMEA. This position requires daily interaction with cross functional internal teams and clients to identify and lead product strategy and development, partnering with technical teams to identify and build features and functionality that stored value market needs and ultimately increase revenue and client satisfaction.
What you will do:
Be responsible for conception through end-of-life ownership for a specific product (Network Tokenization), product group or product line including product management, product development and business development.
Design, track, and deliver detailed technical reporting and data analysis on product performance, usage, and growth metrics.
Drive product development and improvements including road map and statement of direction development.
Lead the expansion of the Security and Fraud product portfolio across EMEA, partnering with regional stakeholders to define market requirements, localize capabilities, and drive adoption and revenue growth.
Maintain awareness and understanding of customer and market needs.
Develop business cases to support new product recommendations.
Manage the product development lifecycle from concept, design, testing, and production deployment, and product commercialization.
Act as a primary negotiator between internal departments and clients to resolve problem statements and uses cases.
Bring strong technical product management expertise to collaborate with IT teams, ensuring clear requirements, informed prioritization, and effective delivery of capabilities across complex systems and platforms.
What you need to have:
4+ years' experience as a product manager, with proven experience leading complex projects, while driving roadmap for products
4+ years of payments-related experience, preferably with gateways, processors, or PSPs.
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
Experience with card networks (Visa/MC/Amex), network tokens, vault/tokenization, and leading wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay).
End-to-end payment processing workflow expertise, with hands-on with auth/capture/void/refund flows, success/decline codes, settlement/reconciliation
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence large, diverse groups through data driven facts and decisions
Experience with Microsoft Office product suite, GenAI tools (i.e. Copilot) and PowerBI
Ability to communicate clearly across senior leaders, external clients and partners and internal stakeholders
What is nice to have:
Experienced with analytical tools (SQL, Snowflake, Splunk etc) and API's
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Pragmatic Institute certification
Technical background (engineering or data science experience)

Salary Range
$100,000.00 - $165,600.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
