Spécialiste, Services d'Ingénierie – JLL
Ce que ce poste implique :
Ce poste comprend la planification et l'exécution des activités d'étalonnage pour les secteurs de production. L'objectif principal du rôle est de rédiger et d'exécuter les tâches préventives et correctives liées à l'équipement de fabrication pharmaceutique et au bâtiment, conformément aux procédures d'utilisation normalisées (PON) et aux autres instructions. Ce poste contribue directement aux objectifs commerciaux de JLL en assurant la conformité et la disponibilité opérationnelle de l'équipement.
À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien :
Vérifier, planifier et exécuter l'étalonnage des instruments selon le calendrier établi.
Créer et maintenir à jour les Instructions d'étalonnage (IET) et compléter les rapports d'étalonnage.
Exécuter et documenter méticuleusement les activités de maintenance préventive et corrective tel que spécifié par les procédures.
Documenter toutes les demandes de changement et les écarts, et participer aux enquêtes pour identifier les causes profondes et les actions correctives.
Coordonner les activités de maintenance avec les entreprises de services externes, y compris la gestion des accès ainsi que la revue et l'approbation des rapports.
Assister les groupes d'ingénierie et de validation dans l'élaboration et l'exécution des projets et des protocoles de validation.
Soutenir l'amélioration continue en utilisant des outils efficaces pour valoriser les actions à valeur ajoutée.
Qualifications Requises :
DEC en instrumentation, en électronique ou dans un domaine technique connexe.
Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en étalonnage et instrumentation, idéalement dans un environnement pharmaceutique réglementé (BPF/GMP).
Connaissance approfondie des Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (BPF).
Capacité à lire et interpréter des schémas techniques, des manuels et des P&ID.
Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
Qualifications Préférées :
Expérience avec un système de GMAO (Gestion de la Maintenance Assistée par Ordinateur).
Certification en tant que Technicien d'Étalonnage (par exemple, ASQ CCT).
Expérience dans l'assistance à l'exécution de protocoles de validation (QI/QO/QP).
Connaissance des principes d'amélioration continue (Lean, Six Sigma).
Expérience avec l'étalonnage d'équipements de CVC (Chauffage, Ventilation, Climatisation).

What this job involves:
This position involves planning and executing calibration activities for production sectors. The role's primary purpose is to write and execute preventive and corrective tasks for pharmaceutical manufacturing and building equipment, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other instructions. This position contributes directly to JLL’s business objectives by ensuring equipment compliance and operational readiness.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Verify, plan, and execute instrument calibration according to the established schedule.
Create and maintain up-to-date Calibration Instructions (IETs) and complete calibration reports.
Execute and meticulously document preventive and corrective maintenance activities as specified by procedures.
Document all change requests and deviations, and participate in investigations to identify root causes and corrective actions.
Coordinate maintenance activities with external service companies, including access management and the review and approval of reports.
Assist the engineering and validation groups in the development and execution of projects and validation protocols.
Support continuous improvement by using effective tools to enhance value-added actions.
Required Qualifications:
College diploma (DEC) in Instrumentation, Electronics, or a related technical field.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in calibration and instrumentation, ideally within a regulated GMP pharmaceutical environment.
Thorough knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and P&IDs.
Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Certification as a Calibration Technician (e.g., ASQ CCT).
Experience assisting with the execution of validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ).
Knowledge of continuous improvement principles (Lean, Six Sigma).
Experience with calibrating HVAC equipment.
*Oral and/or written interactions with tenants or external partners based outside Quebec (for example, service providers, law firms, peers, bankers, brokerage firms, credit analysis firms, credit agencies, non-French-speaking clients, etc.)
