Hilton is a global leader in hospitality, and we’re looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Administrative Assistant to support our Director of Sales & Catering and Sales Managers. What You’ll Do:
- Handle files, deposits, data entry, reports, and documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software systems.
- Manage correspondence, corollate, copy and distribute materials, and assist with internal and external communications.
- Answer phones and assist guests and team members with requests.
- Support special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Provide IT assistance and troubleshoot issues for staff and guests.
- Ordering/Inventory of office supplies
Who We’re Looking For:
Must have at least 2 Administrative Office experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable with IT systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive, dependable, and adaptable team player.
