About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Management Senior Manager for Home Lending Servicing to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of digital and operational products supporting the end-to-end mortgage servicing lifecycle. This role is responsible for defining product vision, driving execution across cross-functional teams, and ensuring servicing platforms deliver stability, efficiency, regulatory compliance, and value for customers, servicing associates, and internal operations.
As a Product Management Senior Manager, it will be critical to bring a strategic mindset and passion for product development and customer outcomes while working closely across agile product managers, delivery teams, and stakeholders. Delivery of outcomes will be achieved through ownership of the product backlog, including feature prioritization, transparency into upcoming work, setting of product goals, and clear communication with stakeholders. This role also includes setting product vision and defining the future roadmap for the Servicing Suite of Applications, including MSP, LoanSphere, SHAW, and supporting applications.

In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop teams of managers and individual contributors for leading product strategy
- Consult, develop, market, and manage performance analysis for products that have high impact on companywide growth opportunities and success
- Identify and recommend opportunities for product enhancements and business requirements
- Determine appropriate strategy and actions of product management team to meet moderate to high risk deliverables
- Manage, mentor, and coach Product Managers to develop strong product thinking, execution discipline, and domain knowledge.
- Build a high‑performing team culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and innovation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business partners and senior executives regarding origination product strategy, status, risks, and outcomes.
- Facilitate cross‑functional alignment to ensure product readiness, change management, and frontline adoption.
- Foster a strong agile discipline that inspires teams to continuously improve delivery evidenced through key agility metrics
- Build frameworks for complex decision making that enable effective debate and accelerate getting to the right answer
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with mortgage servicing platforms including MSP, LoanSphere, SHAW
- Familiarity with mortgage servicing regulatory frameworks
- Experience leading large-scale technology or business transformations
- Ability to synthesize multi-dimensional, complex, and interrelated concepts into clear, consumable, implications, actions, and decisions
- Demonstrated track record of effective influencing and collaboration at all levels
- Exceptional problem solving abilities
- Exceptional ability to translate complex business and operational concepts so they are clearly understood in support of sound decisions to meet business objectives
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate results
