Wells Fargo is seeking aTechnology Director to lead Commercial Data technology. This leader will be accountable for defining and executing the data technology strategy that supportsall Commercial Banking productsglobally.
In this role, the Director will own the end-to-end data ecosystem. Including digitization of non-electronic sources,data ingestion, integration, governance, quality, analytics, and regulatory reporting. They will drive modernization, resiliency, and scalability across all data platforms to ensure they meet evolving business, operational, and regulatory needs.
This position partners closely with Product, Architecture, Risk, Finance, and Operations to ensure that Commercial Lending data capabilities enable business growth, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. The Director will lead global teams and vendor partners and will be accountable for delivering secure, compliant, highquality data solutions aligned with the firm’s enterprise data strategy — including adherence to Approved Data Source (ADS) requirements, where applicable.
