Conduct job task analyses (JTAs) to identify role responsibilities, tasks, and required knowledge and skills. Build, implement, and maintain OJT curricula, learning items, and task‑based certification checklists. Standardize business processes and documentation while ensuring compliance with quality expectations. Assess training and process efficiency, identify gaps, and support continuous improvement efforts. Collaborate with leaders and collaborators to gather training needs and manage training requests. Analyze and report data, including extraction, categorization, visualization, and recurring updates for collaborators. Bachelor's degree and at least three (3) years of related work experience. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. Ability to extract, analyze, and visualize data using Excel and Microsoft Office tools. Demonstrated ability to prioritise multiple tasks with strong attention to detail. Experience working in collaborative, team‑based environments. Ability to understand technical concepts and work effectively with diverse collaborators. Experience using GenAI or automation tools to improve efficiency and quality. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Experience crafting or supporting OJT or task‑based certification programs.
