The Role
The Sr. Business Analyst is responsible for calculating billable and non‑billable fees for WI and HCG client relationships and ensuring all billing aligns with contract terms and program guidelines. This role supports accurate, timely invoicing across client segments and helps maintain strong financial controls within Billing Operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collecting and recording client‑specific fees, credits, and waivers for WI and HCG clients (e.g., communication and education costs, print and postage, participant fee disclosures, employee meeting fees, project fees, HSA fees, and consulting fees).
- Reading and interpreting contracts and amendments to determine fee‑for‑service structures and credit implications.
- Performing routine audits to verify the completeness and accuracy of calculated fees.
- Partnering with internal business teams to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely invoice delivery.
- Responding to general and client‑specific billing inquiries.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6–8 years of overall professional experience
- Experience in operations or financial processes preferred
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams
- Effective verbal and written communication skills

The Team
The Billing Operations team manages the setup, invoicing, and collections processes for DC, DB, H&W, SPS, and HSA clients. The team partners closely with internal business groups to ensure accurate billing, adherence to contract requirements, and consistent, high‑quality service delivery. The Sr. Business Analyst plays a key role in supporting these operations by ensuring data accuracy, financial integrity, and timely invoicing.
