JLL recherche un(e) Stagiaire en Location Bureaux/Industriel basé(e) à Montréal afin de soutenir les opérations de location et mener des recherches de marché dans les secteurs de l'immobilier commercial. Ce poste offre une opportunité exceptionnelle d'acquérir une expérience concrète en courtage de location et représentation de locataires à travers la recherche immobilière, le développement de clientèle et le soutien aux transactions commerciales.
EN TANT QUE STAGIAIRE D'ÉTÉ BUREAUX/INDUSTRIEL CHEZ JLL, VOUS ALLEZ :
Courtage de Location :
- Participer aux visites de sites pour compiler l'information sur les locataires
- Apprendre les opérations quotidiennes de location
- Effectuer et vérifier la recherche, fournir du soutien à l'équipe de courtage
- Recueillir de l'information et fournir du soutien à l'équipe de courtage de location
- Comprendre la ville, les propriétaires et les locataires
- Gérer la base de données des propriétaires d'immeubles et contacter les nouveaux clients et clients potentiels
Représentation des Locataires :
- Mettre à jour les projets de base de données dans ReApps, Costar et MarketSphere
- Effectuer des visites d'immeubles pour établir les listes de locataires dans les bâtiments – information sur les locataires du bâtiment
- Consolider les sondages de marché en une présentation maître
- Fournir du soutien de marché et de recherche au Groupe de Représentation de Locataires
Industriel :
- Suivre les parcelles de terrain vacant
- Apprendre les opérations de location et vente d'entrepôts/industriel
- Effectuer et vérifier la recherche pour les courtiers
- Recueillir l'information de marché et fournir du soutien à l'équipe industrielle
- Soutenir le processus de proposition
- Gérer la base de données des propriétaires d'immeubles et le démarchage clients
- Participer aux réunions d'équipe, de stagiaires et mentor/mentoré

As a JLL Intern, you will tackle meaningful projects that impact our Commercial Real Estate business by collaborating with industry professionals and providing fresh perspectives to innovative teams. Our structured program balances professional development with exciting real-world experience.
JLL is seeking an Office/Industrial Leasing Intern based in Montreal to support leasing operations and market research across commercial real estate sectors. This role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in agency leasing and tenant representation through property research, client outreach, and transaction support.
AS AN OFFICE/INDUSTRIAL SUMMER INTERN AT JLL YOU WILL:
Agency Leasing:
- Participate in site visits to compile tenant information
- Learn the daily operations of leasing
- Conduct and verify research, providing support for the brokerage team
- Gathering information and provide support for the agency leasing team
- Understand city, owners and tenants
- Manage the database of property owners and reach out to new and potential clients
Tenant Representation:
- Update database projects in ReApps, Costar, and MarketSphere
- Conduct Building walks to establish tenant rosters within buildings – building tenant information
- Consolidate market surveys into one master slide deck
- Provide market and research support to the Tenant Representation Group
- Participate in weekly team meetings, intern meetings and mentor/mentee meetings
Industrial:
- Track vacant land parcels
- Learn operations for warehouse/industrial leasing and sales
- Conduct and verify research for brokers
- Gather market information and provide support for the industrial team
- Support proposal process
- Manage property owner database and client outreach
- Participate in team, intern, and mentor/mentee meetings
