Amentum is seeking a Senior Service Agreement Analyst for the Space Force Range Contract (SFRC).
This position is eligible for a hybrid telecommuting schedule.
Essential Functions
- Lead the enterprise, spanning locations from Patrick Space Force Base, FL to Vandenberg Space Force Base, California, in establishing a centralized service level agreement (SLA) management organization/capability responsible for agreements related to traditional information technology (IT) business systems as well as hardware for mission systems.
- Minimize the cost of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), maintenance agreements, and other recurring costs by implementing supply chain optimization strategies and aligning them with broader operational and financial goals.
- Forecast and manage licenses, SLAs, and other third-party support costs at the Range Asset level, including ensuring that the necessary supply chain processes are in place to support the procurement and distribution of components required for system maintenance and upgrades.
- Develop policies, processes, and procedures for supply chain management in alignment with service level agreement monitoring, using business systems to enhance the tracking, procurement, and distribution of resources across the enterprise.
- Act as the primary customer interface in all SLA-related matters, including establishing and leading recurring working group with external stakeholders, focusing on both service performance and the coordination of supply chain processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Provide training and process flows for the inventory system implementation, focusing on its integration with supply chain functions to enhance efficiency and accuracy across the program.
- Review all existing SLAs for applicability and make recommendations for fiscal year budgeting needs, factoring in supply chain requirements and resource allocation.
- Review and recommend solutions for new service/software level agreements based on emerging technologies and modernization efforts, ensuring that supply chain processes align with the evolving needs of the business.
- Work with the management team early to identify potential challenges, including supply chain bottlenecks, schedule delays, and budget overages, and collaborate on mitigation strategies.
- Provide input on project risks and opportunities, focusing on potential supply chain disruptions and logistical constraints.
- Present in formal presentation settings, addressing supply chain strategies and service performance metrics to stakeholders.

Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a supply chain, business or project management field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Master’s degree in engineering or project management preferred
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience working with supply chain/procurement, asset management, or logistics or project management.
- Experience performing Market Research, Price Analysis and commercial Item Determination (CID) techniques
- Experience preparing bids, requests for quotes, and proposals in compliance with company policies
- Experience evaluating procurement bids in accordance with established criteria
- Expert level of expertise using Microsoft Office applications with emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel.
- Previous experience working with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) including Period of Performance Extensions, Excusable Delays, Notifications of (project) Change, preferred
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
- Some travel (25%) may be required
- The flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific project or mission requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance, which includes U.S. citizenship
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License required

Compensation Details:
$115,000 to $125,000
