Leidos is seeking an Infrastructure Technical Project Manager/Implementation Lead to be part of the mission solution and help lead SSA’s Digital Modernization Strategy. - Drive multi tower coordination across Infrastructure, Applications, Network, Security, End User Services, and Cloud teams.
- Act as the primary executive interface for customers, steering committees, and senior stakeholders.
- Define and manage migration waves, dependencies, milestones, and cutover strategies.
- Oversee application migration coordination, ensuring readiness across infra, app, and business teams.
- Lead data center decommissioning strategy, including asset retirement, contract exits, and cost optimization.
- Establish and manage program financials, including budget tracking, forecasts, and benefits realization.
- Identify and drive transformation opportunities, including cloud adoption, consolidation, and modernization.
- Ensure adherence to change management, risk mitigation, and compliance requirements.
- Provide executive level dashboards, presentations, and decision support.
- Mentor and guide project managers and workstream leads across the program. Required Skills & Experience.

FOUNDATION FOR SUCCESS (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelors degree and 12+ years relevant experience of delivering Infrastructure projects as Project Manager. Additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
- Individual has detailed knowledge of initiating, planning and executing DCM related infrastructure projects including DC discovery, design, build and migrate activities within the project
- Detailed understanding of IT Infrastructure project management principles and techniques
- Extensive experience executing complex projects from initiation through to closure
- Extensive experience in baselining and delivering to schedule
- Exceptional risk management skills
- Ability to identify, develop and quantify any required corrective action plans
- Ability to ensure that effective project controls are in place to monitor project or program performance
- Experience in providing effective performance reporting for the client and company in order to monitor the progress of the project.
- Exceptional facilitation and communication skills.
- Able to lead project teams of medium to large scope and high complexity.

- Proven experience leading large scale Data Center Migration or Infrastructure Transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of Data center technologies (compute, storage, network) o Application migration approaches (re host, re platform, re factor) o Cloud migration and hybrid environments.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing multi million dollar programs.
- Experience working with global delivery and vendor ecosystems.
HOW TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD (Desired Skills)
Showcase your knowledge of modern development through the following experience or skills:
- PMP / ITIL certifications
- Strong experience in business transformation, simplification, and modernization with a get stuff done attitude and drive cultural change.
- Experience managing in a complex, matrixed environment and comfortable leading and executing through influence.
- A can-do attitude and an agent to drive velocity and change.
- Agile & Waterfall delivery and tools expertise for complex, enterprise-wide initiatives (i.e., Jira and Confluence).
- Deep expertise in strategic problem-solving and project management.
- Translating technical delivery into actionable communication for senior stakeholders.
- Data Center build out, Neighborhoods, cloud migration, app modernization/transformation and executive communications.
- Subject matter knowledgeable in one or more technical area – Change Integration/Change Delivery, DevSecOps, Infrastructure-As-Code, Virtual Machines, Networking, DMZ, Databases, Storage, Messaging Middleware, API Gateways, Batch/ETL, AI/ML, Mainframe, Public Cloud
- Experience strategically engaging with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to leadership.
- Highly effective and proven consultative leader with strong business and data-driven acumen, to drive continuous improvement in a data-driven way.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $116,350.00 - $210,325.00
