The Leidos Corporate Workplace Security Team is seeking an energetic security professional to provide access control and badging support for our enterprise access control and alarm systems. This will be a fast paced, customer facing, and high visibility environment working as part of the Workplace Security Team and will be based in Huntsville, AL.
This position is part of the Workplace Security Team and supports the Leidos Corporate ID program across the enterprise as a badge and access control point of contact. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is able to manage a changing workload with minimal supervision and has high attention to detail.
Day to day duties will include corporate badge creation and access provisioning and de-provisioning in support of multiple corporate C*CURE and Lenel access control and alarm systems. The successful candidate will be a motivated, self-starter with a team mentality. Customer service, attention to detail and technical troubleshooting skills are all critical for this position.
Normal duty hours will take place during regular daytime business hours, but infrequent after hours and weekend support may be required.
Primary Responsibilities
-Serves as a badging point of contact for Corporate Security.
-Creation of Leidos corporate badges for new hire employees, contractors, visitors and affiliates.
-Granting and revoking badge access levels across multiple access control systems.
-Support weekly security briefings and new hire orientation.
Management and tracking of customer requests via a shared email box.
-Management and tracking of badge and access ticket requests via ServiceNow.
-Verification of requests to ensure accuracy and proper authorization.
-Tracking of badge related inventories.
Basic Qualifications
-High School diploma and 3 years of experience may be substituted for degree.
-Excellent customer service skills and a great attitude
-Experience in a position focused on security and/or customer service
-Process oriented with attention to detail.
-Strong organizational skills
-Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
-Proficiency with MS Windows and Office Suite
-Technical and problem solving skills
-Ability to provision and print badges in access control systems
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Bachelor’s degree with at least one year of experience in a security or customer service focused role.
-Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience with the Software House C*CURE security management platform preferred
-Technical skills with MS Office, graphic editing software
-Experience with badge creation software and badge printers
-Familiarity with the ServiceNow Ticketing System
-Current Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with active Top Secret security clearance

Pay Range:
Pay Range $41,600.00 - $75,200.00
