Position Specific Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Lead Analyst to support the management and performance of our Broker Sales Partnership channel. This role is rooted in data analysis and operational insight, with a focus on monitoring partnership performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and initiating projects that drive channel effectiveness and conversion rate growth. The ideal candidate is a strong analytical thinker who can translate data into actionable recommendations and see initiatives through from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and interpret sales and partnership data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor channel and partnership performance through KPIs and metrics, providing regular reporting and actionable insights to leadership.
- Initiate and manage projects aimed at improving Broker sales channel performance, operational efficiency, and conversion rates.
- Develop and present clear, data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Call Centers, IT, Legal, and Operations to support channel initiatives.
- Support the management of broker partnerships by tracking performance, identifying risks, and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Data Science, Marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, operations, consulting, or project management.
- Proven ability to gather and analyze complex data sets and translate findings into clear, actionable solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power Point, and data visualization tools.
- Demonstrated proficiency in AI tools and applications is required; experience building and developing reports in Power BI is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
