Shifts Available:
Day Shift- (4) - 10/hour shifts (Tues-Fri, 6am-4:30pm)
Night Shift- (5) - 8/hour shifts (Mon-Fri, 4pm-12:30am)
Starting pay is $30 per hour, with the potential for a higher rate based on relevant experience and certifications. +$1.50/hr for Level 1 Ammonia Certification, +$1.50/hr for Level 2 Ammonia Certification, +$1.50/hr for CARO Certification +1.00/hr shift differential. *Certifications preferred but not required. Additional training available for qualified individuals. Monthly attendance bonus. Maintenance on-call pay.

Position Description:
Maintain day-to-day operations and assume the responsibility for maintaining the physical assets of the property under the direction of the Maintenance Manager/Operations Manager.
Requirements:
- Background in maintenance repair and preventative maintenance programs
- Good organizational, communication, and planning skills
- Basic computer and parts inventory system skills
- Aptitude to investigate and problem-solve various mechanical issues.
- Knowledge of Forklift Repair and Operation
- Knowledge of Ammonia Refrigeration Systems is a plus, not required but will train the right individual.
- Electrical experience with AC/DC controls, 480V three phase power, and 110volt systems.
- PLC knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Complete all routine lubrications, repairs and troubleshooting tasks of mechanical warehouse equipment.
- Actively maintain and monitor the Ammonia Refrigeration System as needed.
- Assist and monitor all work performed by outside contractors.
- Maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations.
- Schedule and complete preventative maintenance procedures
- Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, city, state, and federal guidelines.
- Monitor and maintain grounds and building systems.
- Depending on location, employees may be required to operate equipment and may be required to be certified equipment.
- Special projects and other responsibilities assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
- Work overtime and call-in as needed.
