Job Purpose
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by selling wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and features.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both new and existing customers.
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and recommend solutions that best fit their needs.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience before, during, and after each sale to build long-term relationships.
- Complete operational and administrative duties accurately and within required timelines.
- Represent the brand positively and help give our customers and community Something to Smile About — while having fun and earning great commissions!
Qualifications
- Proven retail or wireless sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and results driven
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Pay: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 35–40 per week
