Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Business Operations Specialist to join our Business Operations team, located in Dallas, TX. This position will act as a business operations specialist within BGS Supply Chain supporting the Vice President of Supply Chain Government. In this role you will have the unique opportunity to help the Supply Chain leadership team run their business, manage priorities, and maintain an integrated operating rhythm.
Position Responsibilities:
Supports VP in managing day to day operations (All Employee Meetings, All Manager Meetings, Roundtables, Staff Meetings, Business Reviews etc.)
Delivering outcomes while working in a fast paced, high visibility, ambiguous and ever-changing environment.
Coordinate artifacts, presentations and content that will be shared at the highest levels of the company.
Assists in the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals.
Supports the coordination and clarifies analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope to meet long range business goals and develop business cases.
Coordinates commitments with internal and external organizations to fulfill strategies with a focus on managing the Strategy function’s cross-unit coordination with BGS’ Businesses and Functions and among counterparts in the BCA, BDS and Enterprise Strategy teams.
Meets with leadership to gain approval
Provides advising and guidance to strategy management and leadership team
Provides implementation direction for work authorization.
Collects, organizes and provides data according to established processes within the management system to maintain status of programs, customer and supplier commitments and compliance.
Track and follow up on actions through to resolution.
Provides coaching and guidance to less experienced personnel.
Assist in the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies and process to meet business goals
Manages and updates BGS Strategy operating tools (OneNote, RIM Program, SharePoint, file shares, etc.)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience preparing and presenting to executives, senior leadership, and external customers
5+ years of experience in driving risk/issue/opportunity (RIO) items to closure through stakeholder coordination and action tracking
5+ years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions
5+ years of experience, skill, and ability to: collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data
5+ years of experience with development and integration of plans, strategies, processes, and/or KPIs across programs to track process to and enable attainment of goals
5+ years of experience in the handling and the safeguarding of proprietary and confidential information
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience working in a Supply Chain environment.
Experience coaching or mentoring others, including those that may not be your direct reports
Experience delivering on business outcomes leveraging leading indicators
Experience working in a business leveraging Agile practices
For external candidates, previous Boeing experience is a plus
Experience working with and safeguarding sensitive/confidential information
Bachelors degree or higher

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $126,650 – $171,350
