The Role
The Marketing Senior Specialist, Brand Marketing is a multi-faceted role supporting brand marketing leaders in developing and executing initiatives for select brands in direct support of the team’s strategic vision (e.g., marketing campaign support, asset planning & organization, market research, partner promotions/events, customer engagement activities, presentation development and delivery, etc.)
This individual must be highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced organization. The candidate must be able to multi-task, possess a professional demeanor and have the ability to effectively interface with team members at all levels across the company, as well as franchisees and agency partners. The candidate will be a self-starter who demonstrates a high level of accountability and who is able to follow through on tasks to completion with excellence. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to generate creative ideas to support the strategic and tactical planning of business initiatives. Being data driven is required.
What you'll do
- Plan, oversee and support brand campaign planning & execution to bring brand positioning to life with a strong focus on execution and in market activation. Brainstorming and idea concepting, agency briefings, material development needs (e.g. collateral development, videos, presentations, etc.), trafficking projects, reviewing creative assets, as well as social media planning, reviews, approvals, performance optimizations, and monitoring/listening. Have a pulse on effective marketing and promotional channels, including social and consideration media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers.
- Manage updates across key owned channels including brand websites, campaign landing pages, social media, email, public relations, as well as coordinating with internal/external communications teams.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for brand requests from internal team members (U.S. and global) as well as agencies administering digital assets on behalf of the brand marketing team.
- Manage organization of marketing assets routinely uploading, removing, and answering/fulfilling any requests.
- Coordinate with Paid/Direct Response Media Team to review and support creative assets and align on full funnel campaign efficacy/optimization.
- Build, collaborate, and maintain relationships with key external partnership contacts, and liaison with other teams as necessary to support campaign and brand requests.
- Partner with Brand marketing leads to develop and manage the integrated content calendar, executing and publishing social posts on behalf of all brands as needed.
- Support internal communications by ensuring timely updates of brand assets and key initiatives across company platforms and channels.
- Provide project management support for events, meetings, and sponsorship activations, including coordination, preparation, and on-site readiness as needed
- Manage administrative and operational processes to support team priorities, including submitting requests, coordinating cross-functional updates, and maintaining tracking documents and reporting lists.
- Coordinate collateral updates and inventory management with creative, production agencies and sourcing partners.
- Coordinate the creation of presentation materials, build and present marketing presentations as applicable.
- Ability to lead select brand initiatives from start to finish with minimal supervision.
- Assist with planning and on-site photo/video production as applicable.
- Marketing Analytics.
- Monitor and measure campaign performance data and make recommendations to optimize the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics and audience strategies.
- Liaise with key agencies and internal stakeholders to vet and deliver accurate data-driven campaign metrics.
- Research and stay up to date on key industry topics and trends (advertising, marketing, technology, hospitality).
- Competitive research and analysis, as needed.

Required Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor’s or relevant Associate’s degree.
- 3+ years of marketing work experience in a fast-paced organization preferred.
- Experience with social media and digital marketing preferred.
- Experience in travel, hospitality, retail, or entertainment a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Canva a plus.
- Experience with a shared services organization with ability to work across business units strongly recommended.
- Comfortable and confident in public speaking.

Compensation & Benefits
For U.S. based positions only, the expected pay range for this position is $75,000-$95,000 annually.
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts carefully considers a wide range of factors when determining compensation such as work location, background, experience, and performance. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
In addition to the base pay, this role is eligible to receive an incentive payment pursuant to the Annual Incentive Plan with a 10% annual target, subject to the terms of the Plan.
