Who You Are
This position is for Senior Manager within the Global Supply Chain Engineering team. Our charter includes resolving complex technical challenges with sub tier suppliers, advancing supplier readiness and manufacturing scalability, and fostering cross functional partnerships to ensure capacity and rate readiness.
What You Will Be Doing
You'll develop a focused approach and manage the teams that strengthen supplier technical support and buyer to IPT collaboration while addressing production and sustainment challenges.
By leveraging data driven insights, you and your team will; enhance supply chain deliveries, support affordability and efficiency initiatives, and work closely with quality groups to spot trends, mitigate part shortages, and improve yields.
These solutions enable GSC to be successful. This is through expertise for technical evaluations, supplier assessments and transitions, providing immediate resolution of near term impacts and identifying improvement opportunities to prevent lifecycle disruptions.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited college or university
- Experience managing staff to goals and key performance metrics
- Expereince developing, training and leading direct and indirect team members and solving challenges associated with aircraft procurement, production, and sustainment
- Experienced communicating teams technical status', challenges within programs, and technical, & functional status, with executive leadership and internal & external customers
Desired Skills:
- Advanced degree from an accredited college or university
- Experience in aerospace products, systems, components (military or commercial)
- Experience dealing with subcontractors and subcontract technical management
- Ability collaborating with the Engineering & Technology functional organization
- Experience in supporting or leading root cause/corrective action investigations, affordability opportunities, and lean/efficiency projects
- Prior experience on Lockheed Martin platforms
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
