Job Description
This role will be based in San Francisco or New York.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
We are looking for an Finance Systems & Automation Specialist - Low-Code / No-Code to design, build, and scale internal applications and automations that improve how Finance teams operate. This role is engineering-leaning and build-heavy: you will deliver production workflows and apps using Microsoft Power Apps, integrate them with enterprise systems (including ERP platforms such as Oracle), and apply automation and AI patterns to reduce manual work and increase speed and quality of execution.
You will partner closely with stakeholders across Finance functions to understand pain points, translate them into product requirements, and ship iterative solutions with strong reliability, governance, and user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Low Code / No Code Application Development: Build and deploy applications using Microsoft Power Apps (canvas/model driven). Maintain high standards of software delivery, including versioning, environments, and release practices.
- Workflow Automation & Process Orchestration: Automate business processes end-to-end using low-code capabilities. Optimize workflows to increase scalability, reliability, and minimize manual intervention.
- Integrations & Data Connectivity: Build and maintain integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle ERP) and manage data accuracy through validation and error handling.
- AI Enabled Automation: Implement AI-driven automation within low-code solutions, applying industry-approved patterns while ensuring transparency and control.
- Quality, Testing, and Operational Support: Own testing, debugging, and performance monitoring for low-code solutions. Provide tier-2 support and documentation to facilitate smooth adoption and operational success.
- Product Mindset & Stakeholder Partnership: Lead discovery sessions, convert requirements into user stories, and manage a backlog to deliver iterative solutions. Communicate progress and make trade-offs to align with business objectives.
- Governance, Security, and Documentation: Ensure solutions comply with enterprise data protection standards. Create comprehensive technical documentation and user guides.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of professional experience in relevant roles.
- Proven hands-on experience building solutions with Microsoft Power Apps or any other low-code/no-code platform.
- Experience with software delivery fundamentals (SDLC, version control, testing, and releases).
- Experience converting business requirements into working applications and workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with integrating low-code applications into ERP systems like Oracle.
- Familiarity with automation and workflow orchestration tools.
- Exposure to AI-enabled use cases and responsible implementation practices.
- Experience working in Agile environments (sprints, backlog grooming, demos, iterative releases).

The pay range for this role is $125,000 to $202,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
