Role Definition:
This position will serve as a digital operations support analyst, driving enterprise-wide digitalization projects at CXL with a focus on digital solution development, advanced data analytics and intelligent office automation. The role requires technical expertise in Programming language, data engineering, and cross-functional collaboration to support business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Advanced Data Analytics:
• Lead end-to-end data integration and analytics projects to build Data Cockpit.
• Develop predictive models and data-driven insights to support decision-making.
• Promote a data-driven management culture across the organization.

• 主导端到端的数据集成与分析项目，建设并持续优化数据驾驶舱（Data Cockpit）。
• 开发预测模型，输出数据驱动的洞察，支持业务决策与管理决策。
• 在组织内推广数据驱动的管理文化，提升整体数据应用能力。
2. Intelligent Office Automation:
• Identify automation opportunities in office workflows and implement AI-driven solutions.
• Benchmark against industry standards and develop strategic roadmaps to elevate CXL's office automation maturity.
• Research enterprise knowledge bases and generative AI to enable fast retrieval and intelligent Q&A.
智能办公自动化（Intelligent Office Automation）
• 识别办公流程中的自动化机会，并落地 AI 驱动的自动化解决方案。
• 对标行业最佳实践，制定战略路线图，持续提升 CXL 的办公自动化成熟度。

3. Lead or Support Caterpillar Standard Systems Deployment
• Lead or support the rollout of enterprise digital systems, ensuring alignment with business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system deployment and compliance.
• Streamline deployment processes to improve efficiency and reduce risks.

What You Have:
• Effective Communications: the ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
• Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
• Software Product Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of technical aspects of a software products; ability to design, configure and integrate technical aspects of software products.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical issues on hardware, software, application or operation.

These position requires working onsite five days a week.
