Key Responsibilities:
Lead end‑to‑end NPI programs for hydromechanical work tools aligned to the LHEX product roadmap.
Drive program execution, schedule alignment, risk management, and stakeholder communication delivering on time, cost, and quality metrics.
Ensure technical and commercial readiness, including validation, field follow, documentation, and launch support.
Oversee unmet customer needs for LHEX-specific tools.
Lead price list management for hydromechanical tools within the LHEX portfolio.
PAN (Product Activity Notice) management, ensuring accurate updates and timely execution.
Maintain product health through lifecycle management, competitive benchmarking, and portfolio optimization.
Support development and maintenance of product positioning, customer value propositions, and competitive differentiation for LHEX tools.
Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver launch materials, sales enablement tools, and training content.
Integrate hydromechanical work tools with machine platforms to maximize customer value of total solution.
What Skills You Will Have:
Planning: Tactical, Strategic: Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.
Products and Services: Knowledge of major products and services and product and service groups; ability to apply knowledge of product and service appropriately to diverse situations.
Quality Management: Knowledge of quality management methods, tools, and techniques and ability to create and support an environment that meets the quality goals of the organization.
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
Customer Service Management: Knowledge of customer service priorities and ability to utilize tools and techniques for maintaining an environment where all understand, and are committed to providing excellent service to internal and external customers.
Program Management: Knowledge of the policies and techniques to manage a set of related projects within a program; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control the set of projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve program objectives.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Product Management, or related field.
5+ years of experience in product development, engineering, marketing, or NPI roles.
Strong program leadership skills with experience managing cross‑functional teams.
Preferred
Experience supporting excavator platforms.
Background in Marketing or Work Tools organizations.
Technical understanding of hydraulic tool performance, integration, and validation.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
