Agent Sales Support (Bilingual, Spanish)
The Sales Support Specialist plays a critical role in enabling our sales organization to operate efficiently and effectively. This position provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and analytical support to the sales team, while also partnering closely with Marketing to help execute campaigns, maintain collateral, and strengthen brand consistency.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role directly contributes to our revenue growth by improving sales productivity, enhancing customer experience, and supporting key marketing initiatives.
Marketing Support (Secondary but Essential)
- Support execution of sales campaigns and partner initiatives.
- Assist with development of sales enablement materials (presentations, one-pagers, event assets)
- Coordinate assets for webinars, trade shows, and partner events
- Maintain sales collateral and helping organize content for the field
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to support campaign execution, including drafting outreach content, coordinating asset distribution, and tracking engagement.
- Ensure sales collateral, pitch decks, and product sheets are consistently updated and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Assist with the creation, editing, and formatting of marketing materials for events, email campaigns, webinars, and client communications.
- Support the preparation and logistics of trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
- Gather field insights from sales teams to help Marketing refine messaging, materials, and targeting.
- Help manage social media content calendars or postings (if applicable to your organization).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as a communication hub between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
Participate in project meetings to support new initiatives and implementation tasks as needed.
Provide feedback on process improvements to increase sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Support, Marketing Support, Customer Success, or similar operational roles.
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office Suite, and presentation design tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work independently.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and turn insights into actions.
- Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to supporting both Sales and Marketing objectives.
