About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Treasury Management Support Analyst within Global Treasury Management as part of Global Payments & Liquidity.
In this role, you will:
- Support Treasury Management Consultants by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing current clients and prospect information to drive the sales process.
- Identify process improvement opportunities within your functional area to help streamline and enhance client and partner experiences.
- Research and assess operational requests tied to low- to medium‑risk deliverables, evaluating alternatives and recommending the best path forward.
- Provide recommendations on more complex or nuanced situations, exercising sound judgment while deepening your understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Serve as a key information resource for internal partners, stakeholders, and external clients—ensuring clarity, accuracy, and service excellence.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Treasury Management Sales Support experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work history, training, military service, or education.
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, and implementation processes.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Demonstrated collaboration skills and the ability to partner across business and functional groups.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to solve problems with a structured, analytical approach.
Job Expectations:
- Hybrid work schedule.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
